Jim & Kata's Ocean City 2016Registration Form

Jim & Kata's Ocean City Condo is available Memorial Day - Aug, 2016 at the rate of $175.00 per night (before Memorial Day it is $125/night). Please understand that we rent to families only; we do not rent to groups of young adults. You will be responsible for ensuring that the place is as clean (or cleaner) than it was when you arrived (we have no cleaning service). We do not have phone service; be sure to bring your cell phone. There are multiple wireless internet access sites around OC; occasionally we can tap into an unsecured network from our back deck. Transition time is at 12:00 noon unless a different time is worked out with the next guests.

Please remember that this is our home and most of the other owners in the building do not rent, so please treat our condo and the condominium grounds with respect. The 6 condos in the building are usually full in the summer. We are not responsible for bad weather, and cannot refund your money if you get rained on. If you have any problems while you are there, please call us.

After confirming with us, we will mail you a contract. We require a deposit of half at the time of booking. If you cancel your rental, we will only return your deposit if we are able to re-book those dates. You can return the contract and payment to:
