We are ready for the new season
There are updated pictures on the website, including those of the new baths from last year!
We have an umbrella for the front picnic table and two new TVs - both with DVDs.
The building has gotten an upgrade - new siding all the way around.

Our Gray Goose Condo is located on 79th Street (Oceanside) in Ocean City. We are 4 houses from the beach with views of the ocean and the bay from our third floor decks.
The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cozy, clean, and comfortable condo with two large decks (back and front). There is bed space for 9 people. There is a full kitchen and living room area. Dine inside at the dining room table or eat outside on the large picnic table on the front deck (ask about the story of how it got so warped! That is why we only rent to friends).
Other amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, enclosed outside shower (with hot water), two tvs with DirectTV High Def, each with a DVD, and a cubby under the building for beach toys/chairs/skimboards/etc. There are window air conditioners in all the bedrooms and the living area.
New this year - a second shower! We have moved the washer/dryer to the corner bedroom and have put a shower stall in the small bath. We have renovated the main bath as well. We have also gotten rid of the old living room furniture and replaced it with some furniture that matches!
